   Looky what we got this morning! This is one of our two original goats, we got her and her mother, now 13 and 15, about 8 years ago. They are Oberhasli's named Patty & Selma. Selma actually lost a kid 2 years ago, but she never rebred so I figured she was just too old. I have thought that she was preg a few times, but no, just fat! Finally last month I felt her building an udder and crossed my fingers for the best, and boy did I get it, twin does out of our fainter buck Remington. We have been wanting a milk goat, so they will probably both be staying here with us. We only got one kid this year that wasn't b&w, so it's nice to have some color in the field. They will be a nice reminder of our first goats when their ma & grandma are gone.
 Fresh outta the box and looking like a carbon copy of his dad. This is our first "colored" kid born here to our all black and white does,this is Remington's 3rd kid born but the only one who has his coloring so I was thrilled to see that! Now to think of a name, I would like to stick with the Remington theme and have it pertain to guns, (Winchester, Ruger, and Colt are already taken), any ideas?
 This cute little doeling was born Friday and is the first kid out of our buck Remington.
 Here is Remington in the snow last month. Only 3-4 more weeks till kidding starts again! I can't wait  .
